Here’s a really wonderful quote I got in my inbox this morning:
When you want something that you believe, it feels good. But when you have a desire that you doubt, then that desire does not feel good because the vibrational content of your desire and the vibrational content of your belief does not match. Negative emotion is simply present when you are thinking in opposition to your own desire.

What does that mean? It means that your beliefs can make you feel insecure and full of doubt, or crappy – especially when they are holding you back from being or doing something that you really want and that is aligned with your highest and best self.
The good news? It doesn’t have to stay that way. YOU don’t have to stay that way. You can find the beliefs – even if they are hidden pretty deep – and you can change them to fit who you are and who you want to be. WHAT???? You can change your beliefs? Yup. Because a belief is just a thought that you have thought so many times that you take it for granted that it is true. But maybe it isn’t……………
……ready to find out?
